Some of the biggest decisions in business do not begin with a formal business plan. Sometimes they begin with a client relationship, a problem you keep seeing, and the belief that the business could become much bigger with the right systems around it. That is how my journey with Saubhagya Ghar began. You can learn more about the company at [Saubhagya Ghar](https://saubhagyaghar.com.np) and explore the wider group at [Saubhagya Group](https://saubhagyagroup.com). At the time, Saubhagya Ghar was one of WoM Marketing's clients. I was involved in their marketing and business consultation, and our team's work was helping the business grow. But I also saw a deeper challenge. The business had potential, but it was still operating with a very small team. There were only a few people involved: a receptionist handling leads and the two engineer-founders visiting sites and managing contractors.
