The question that stayed the same I started with a laptop, a small technology company and a simple question: how could local businesses use the internet in a way that produced something useful? That question has stayed with me, even as the work has changed shape. I began as a technology mentor in 2017. In 2019, I founded 101Infotech, my first technology company. The work involved websites, digital systems, clients and the difficult early lessons of building a team. Over time, 101Infotech evolved into Brand Bird, a creative and digital company that now operates within Saubhagya Group. ## A complete shift into marketing The biggest change in my own work came when I moved from technology into marketing. I joined WoM as a digital marketing manager and had to learn a new field through campaigns, content, sales, client conversations and daily execution. It was a complete reset.
